At Dusk Productions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
